Our client is looking for a bilingual Program Coordinator for a long term contract.
Responsibilities:
- Review of French Services
- Customer account reconciliation
- Invoice processing
- Monthly summarization of department spending
- Manage collection and review of S-OX requirements and documents
- Ensure compliance with policy
- Coordinate warranty claims
- Formatting and publishing of internal/external dealer communications
Skills Required:
- Fully bilingual in English and French - written and verbal
- Minimum 3 years of proven verbal/written bilingual communication
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and the Intranet/Internet usage
- Proven experience in process improvements
