Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Specialist Job in Overland Park 66210, Kansas US
Job Purpose:
Provides solutions to customer requests by providing seamless delivery of service, sales and fulfillment requests by answering calls in a call center environment.
Duties
- Competently analyzes and prioritizes information to make appropriate recommendations.
- Makes effective decisions by analyzing and considering priorities.
- Ability to work within operating hours. At least intermediate ability in computer skills.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with customers.
- Resolves product or service concerns by clarifying the customer's problem; determining the cause; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Intermediate proficiency (1 – 3 years’ experience) in written and verbal communications.
- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Strong work ethic. Uses time productively to accomplish work goals.
- Committed to meeting quality standards.
- Effective organization skills. Maintains files and keeps work area organized.
