Bilingual Technical Support Engineer Job in Surrey, Home Counties Uk

My client a leading mobile communications company is recruiting for a Technical Support Analyst to join their growing team to provide 3rd line support to their enterprise customers.

This is an interesting role and responsibilities will involve to:
Providing technical solutions, advise, and guidance to the companies customers
Maintaining systems in a lab environment
Partnering with the development team, Senior analysts and Account managers to provide the best support for their premier customers.
Providing on site training and incident investigation

To be successful for this role the ideal candidate would have:
Fluency in English and either French / German / Spanish / Italian / Dutch
Strong knowledge and experience of Windows 2003/2008 Server as well as Exchange 2003, 2007 and 2010.
Experience of providing support to external customers
Flexibility to work shifts
A Technical Certification such as MCP / MCSE / MCITP or other messaging platform experience would be a strong bonus.
In return a permanent post is on offer, a salary of up to 38k + shift allowance bonus and benefits.
