Bilingual Territory Sales Manager Job in Ottawa k1p6a9, Ontario Canada

Our client is a leading North American manufacturer, and they are seeking a highly experienced bilingual Territory Sales Manager.

 

The Ideal Candidate

-          Candidates must have a proven record as a sales representative in an industrial service

-          Experience in the transportation/trucking industry will be considered an asset

-          Has excellent interpersonal and time management skills

 

Job Responsibilities

 

-          Working with prospective distributors, and maintaining existing clientele both Canadian American

-          Creating business plans for the territory

-          Effectively manage daily and weekly paperwork and administrative tasks such as quotes, orders, and sales reports;

-          Generate marketing ideas and assist with maintenance of promotional material;

-          Providing ongoing support and advice to distributors;

-          Develop new business by conducting proactive sales calls with new and existing customers, client visits, seminars and presentations, road shows, etc.

-          Assisting distributors grow market share by keeping them informed of all the services and products offered

 

Requirements

 

-          Post secondary education in a technical or business related field

-          5+ years experience in sales and marketing

-          Must speak fluently in BOTH official languages (English French)

-          Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel PowerPoint
