Description

Maintains billing functions for specific, more complex clients. Provides Billing Administrator I with technical guidance in the absence of a supervisor. Calculates and prepares invoices using PC and Mainframe technology. Performs account set up, maintenance, closing, manual input and validation of data; may also perform complex related activities as requested. Prepares invoice mailing and manual general ledger entries; may do manual inputs to correct system feeds and/or add new data. Interfaces with CAs and RMs to investigate and resolve inquiries. Provides productivity stats for daily management information reports. Systems knowledge of applications inherent to organization; banking experience. Tasks are of a greater complexity due to the variety of transactions and the performance of duties which involves situations not necessarily governed in detail by established procedures. Affects self and team.

Qualifications

Good communication, written skills, analytical and organizational skills; internal communication via email and telephone. College degree. 3-5 years Operations, Administration and/or Finance.
