POSITION SUMMARY

We are interested in candidates with strong analytical skills and demonstrated relationship building capabilities, seeking the challenge of growing a world class global payment organization (BlackBerry Payment Services Organization - BBPS) at the hub of wireless innovation. The Developer Accounts Associate, EMEA will be responsible for quality account management including developer payment, sales reconciliation and relationship management. The successful candidate will foster collaborative working relationships with Billing and Financial Management, Order Management and Account Management colleagues in the US and Canada. The incumbent will ensure client satisfaction for all BBPS EMEA developer accounts and key contacts, under the guidance of the Manager, EMEA Accounts Management.
