Our client is actively seeking a Billing Manager to lead a team of 3 Billing Specialists and streamline processes and procedures to support their rapid growth. This is a player-coach position in a high volume A/R environment. You'll leverage your leadership skills, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and previous experience in a well-organized billing department to lead this team to success.

This is a Software-as-a-Service technology company that provides webcasting and virtual event solutions to companies worldwide - think virtual user conferences, trade shows, and company town hall meetings. They're privately-held, growing 25% next year, and paving the way towards going public.

Compensation: $70-80K

What You'll Be Doing

  • Implementing procedures that have real impact -- you'll be a key player and problem solver in an organization that is growing exponentially.
  • Providing daily support and supervision to a small billing team.
  • Collaborating daily with the Manager of Billing Collections (your manager) on systems automation and policy improvement initiatives.
  • Developing a public company compliance structure.

    About You

  • You have 8+ years of billing experience.
  • You have high velocity, and will do whatever it takes to get the job done.
  • You're a great player-coach. You have leadership experience but are also willing to roll up your sleeves and work along side the team.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You possess the vision and creativity necessary to develop policies and procedures that will make this department successful as the company prepares to go public.
