Billings Analyst
A global consultancy firm is looking for a pro active billings analyst to join their versatile team on a 6 months maternity cover.
The role is reporting into the Billings Manager and based in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
*Production of invoices liaising with business units to ensure accurate and prompt action within monthly deadlines
*Check that all relevant information is correct (billing rates, client contact details, correct currency, expenses etc)
*Ensure correct application of VAT and/or other relevant taxes
*Posting of approved invoices to the Sales Ledger
*Support appropriate finance function with month-end reconciliation of income, including preparation and posting of month-end accruals
*Monitor recoverable expenses, ensuring all expenses billed in a timely manner
The perfect candidate will be an experienced billings analyst with sales ledger working experience. An intermediate level of Excel (pivot tables, v look ups, h look ups) is essential.
The client is looking for someone who will be able to start immediately so anyone with a notice period won't be suitable for this role.
