My client, a national telecommunication business, based in North London, is seeking to recruit a Billings assistant, on a permanent basis, to join their finance team. Reporting into the Billings Manager you will be responsible for the processing of billings as well as the reconciliation of customer and supplier invoices

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven individual, in the telecommunication sector, who is looking to work for a national company, ideally situated in London, with long term prospects and excellent pay rates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process call and service charge data daily
- Maintenance of billings software
- Calculating sales commissions
- Reconciling customer and supplier invoices
- Data processing and management
- Processing of orders

Requirements:

- Experience within the telecommunications sector
- Experience with mobile billing or telecommunications billing
- Excellent eye for detail
- Strong Excel ability (Pivot tables and V Look ups)
