A global media and advertising firm located in Central London (west end) is currently recruiting fro an experienced billings controller to join their busy team on a 9 month contract basis.
This role will involve billing out and supporting revenue reporting teams for several key clients in the business. You will be monitoring WIP to bill at intervals and according to project costs, be chasing timesheets from project workers, liaising with the sales team to ensure that terms are on file and that billing is performed in line with the agreements in place. A key part of the role is ensuring data integrity throughout the WIP and assisting with any queries from the revenue and credit control team.
Successful candidates for this role must come from a media billings background and must be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of media WIP.
This role does have the potential to go permanent and there is an opportunity to progress into the revenue and management accounting team within the company and the group.
