A market leading national utilities organisation are working closely with Hays to recruit a highly experienced Billings Manager to their team based near Durham. The position will play an important role in the Customer Collections management team and responsible for their vast customer base. This is a permanent position, paying up to £59,500 with a bonus and excellent benefits scheme as well.
The key duties and responsibilities for this role are:
- Defining and implementing the strategy for customer billing
- Implementing the Customer and Data management improvements
- Budgetary and capacity planning and forecasting in line with the business plan
- Making sure all areas are compliant with legal and regulatory constraints
The successful candidate will need to have experience within a high volume billings role, be able to demonstrate good understanding of budget formulation, the ability to analyse financial data and identify and patterns or trends that have developed.
