Billing/Sales Invoicing Assistant

This is an exciting new job opportunity for an experienced Billing / Invoicing Assistant to join a successful organisation, who are growing both organically and via acquisition. They have exciting future plans and as the business grows there will be scope for future progression within the role.

You will be reporting to the Sales Invoicing/Billing Team Leader and will be responsible for raising high volumes of bespoke sales invoices, as well as credit notes, copy invoices and statements etc. You will also be liaising with account managers and working as a team to ensure all invoices are raised accurately and in a timely manner and to resolve any invoice queries.

You will have good organisational and communication skills and proven experience of high volume transaction processing is essential. Ideally you will have at least 1-2 years finance experience and good IT skills.
