Our fast-paced division headquarters in Peachtree City, GA has an immediate opportunity in our expanding Marketing Communication department for highly motivated, results oriented and technically skilled individuals.


Position Overview:

Manages all aspects of the Cooper Lighting Revit BIM file program.  Responsibilities include overall program management, strategy development and implementation, communications, training, and file creation and maintenance.
 
Duties:
1. Manage multiple aspects of the Cooper Lighting Revit BIM file program.

2. With input from internal and external customers, develop and implement BIM file improvement initiatives designed to increase customer satisfaction.

3. Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and creation of Cooper Lighting Revit files.  Coordinate with Product Managers to identify new file creation needs and develop files in a timely manner.  Maintain version control of Revit files on the Cooper Lighting website and Autodesk Seek.   Monitor and report on Seek Analytics.

4. Responsible for communications for the Cooper Lighting Revit BIM file program.  Communicate the availability of Revit files and train internal and external stakeholders on file capabilities and usage. 

5. Participate in industry Revit-related organizations (NEMA High Performance Buildings Council).  Demo Revit files during Source training events and at off-site events (road shows, trade shows, Lightfair, etc).

6. Interact and work with management on Cooper Division and Corporate initiatives. Special projects as assigned by management.

 

 

Qualifications:

 • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field.
• Expert knowledge of Autodesk® Revit® Architecture/MEP building design software with at least three years of direct work experience in the A/E/C community developing models and model requirements.  Ability to communicate and train modeling concepts to agents, architects, design teams, project owners, and marketing/sales personnel.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills. Ability to work effectively across matrix organization; strong ability to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines. Superior attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability at learning in-depth technical product knowledge across multiple product lines.
• Lighting industry experience or similar strong electrical, agent, or distribution marketing experience preferred.
• Proven efficiency in Microsoft Office product suite, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
