Position Description:
Position initially located at Scranton, PA sales office - future willingess to relocate to national metro areas required
The goal of the Biological Sales Associate position is to successfully complete product knowledge training and develop sales skills while performing in the BSA position in preparation for a field sales position within the United States. Willingness to relocate to multiple geographies required. The BSA will sell priority products via telephone in order to meet and exceed annual sales quotas. Exceptional delivery of product messages to targeted physician offices. Development and implementation of a comprehensive sales action plan. Communication and coordination with fellow representatives, and internal and field sales management. Plan and allocate sales activities to the highest potential opportunities to drive results for both the public and private markets. Continually gain rapport with customers by utilizing professional communication skills. Routinely service and follow though with customers of product purchases and practices. Support product marketing projects within the allotted timeframes.

Qualifications:
BA/BS degree
Total Related Experience: 1-2 years
Biology/Immunology - working knowledge
Computer Skills - working knowledge
Market/Product Knowledge - in depth
Selling Skills - in depth knowledge
Strong oral, written and analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to work in a team. Strong time management.
