Qualifications


Critical:

·       10+ years experience performing Biological services in Southern California

·       Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Botany or related field.

·       Experience in ESA consultations and excellent understanding of State and Federal regulatory requirements as they relate to biology

·       Excellent knowledge of CEQA and NEPA as it related to Biological issues

·       Possess proven leadership management skills of professional staff.

·       An entrepreneurial approach to taking on challenges in a dynamic environment.

·       Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Strong work ethic, ability to lead, teach, and develop professional staff.

·       Experience in business development and client relationship management.

·       Excellent Interpersonal, presentation, communication and organizational skills.


Preferred:

·       Master’s degree in Biology, Botany or related field.  

·       Work with Utilities a plus

·       Experience with local Multi-species Plans a plus
