Biostatistician – Pharmaceuticals- Greater Boston Area
A Biotech company located in the Boston greater Area focusing in the Diabetes and Oncology area. They are currently looking for a Senior Principal Statistician on a contract basis.
The role involves:
+ Head technical statistician directly reporting to Director
+ Lead project statistician managing 2-4 projects in Diabetes and Oncology
+ Hands-on day-to-day stat activities including SAS programming
+ Overseeing program support and data reviews
+ Regulatory agency interaction and NDA Submissions
+ No direct reports but managing several groups
+ Phase I-III projects
To be considered for this challenging and varied role, you must have the following skills/qualifications:
+ Ph.D in Biostatistics or Statistics
+ Minimum 5 years experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/CRO Companies ONLY
+ Excellent Diabetes/Insulin experience
+ Regulatory Agency/NDA Submission experience
+ Respiratory experience a plus (in addition to Diabetes)
+ SAS Programming (hands-on) experience
+ Strong Technical statistics background
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Strong publications
