Black Belt Job in Budapest
If you join us as a Black Belt, you may have the following responsibilities:
- Support and facilitate the implementation of a business process transformation strategy to enable substantial and continuous improvement in the ability to satisfy customer demands.
- Educate BSC in structured approach and appropriate tools to ensure the BSC has a high added value framework for all its business process transformation work.
- Support the BSC in identifying critical strategic process improvement areas that will be required to meet its strategic objectives
- Act as internal six sigma consultant to guide the BSC though the process of strategic project prioritization and cost benefit analysis, ensuring business focuses its resources on areas that will add most value
- Scope necessary work to deliver strategic process improvement projects, so that each project dovetails into one another, within the overall business transformation strategy
- Deliver change management activities required to implement re-designed processes and systems
- Continuously challenge the business on what are added value processes for the business and drive, so that business focuses on the right things and is leaner than any of its competitors
- Design, implement, and manage the quality audit process.
- Interpret the requirements of ISO9001 and translate these into workable processes and procedures to ensure on-going accreditation.
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of continuous learning and continuous improvement activities throughout the business and it's suppliers and service providers, to maximise the efficiency of the business and customer satisfaction.
- Design and implement quality measures to ensure business processes and produces conform to standards.
- Ensure satisfactory corrective actions are instituted in the event of failure in any area of the BSC, and those preventative techniques are operated to minimize future failures.
In a Black Belt role we have the following requirements:
- Relevant process fitness experience in leading and delivering large and complex continuous improvement projects/initiatives
- Demonstrable experience in delivering tangible results from large transformation programmers in large, complex companies
- Experience of successfully delivering transformation projects in Business Service Centre environment
- Knowledge of best practices in quality
- In depth understanding of continuous improvement tools and techniques
- Experience applying 6-sigma approach in a similar service centre environment
- Experience of managing continuous ISO accreditation
- 6-sigma black belt
