About the Role - responsibilities include:
· Experienced Blinds Installer to work Monday to Friday on a full time basis.
· Understanding types of blinds that we sell, use of proper tools and installation procedures to comply with products safety specification and industry safety standards
· Meeting customer expectations on installation Standards.
· Meeting Installation Schedules and customer satisfaction commitments
· Use of own judgment and do what is required to install the goods to standard.
· Accurate Measure-Ups and occasional check-measures
About the Successful Applicant - Skills and Experience:
· Experienced in blinds installation with proven skills suited to Home and Outdoor Installation
· Experience in Soft Furnishings industry fitting blinds is essential
· Experience with fitting into all fitting surfaces - timber, brick/concrete, plaster, aluminium, tiles, steel/metal
· Must have appropriate trade certificate and qualification as well as a clean driver’s license
· Excellent customer service skills and well spoken
· Able to work unsupervised and stick to schedules
· Ability/license to use a drill and hammer drill
· Excellent attention to detail
· Knows how to address and resolve issues
· A good team player with good problem solving skills
· Flexibility to work outside of 9 to 5 hours if required
· Computer literate
