The Role:
The successful candidate will have responsibility for coordinating with the firm's independent research partners (IRP), including building relationships and promoting their respective products to Tradebook's institutional clients and sales. This individual will be part of the Tradebook San Francisco sales team responsible for selling and positioning the Tradebook brokerage products including our independent research offering. Daily responsibilities include producing and effectively communicating a daily "morning call" note for sales and trading, intra-day notes for trading, liaising with the existing Tradebook sales force, selling/introducing IRP's directly to clients and building Tradebook's IRP network.

The candidate will also work alongside:
-Tradebook's Commission Management team promoting research and commission payment programs.
-Tradebook's Derivatives team positioning cross-asset products.
-Bloomberg Professional sales representatives to collaborate on leveraging Bloomberg resources to bundle client solutions.

Required

Qualifications:
-5+ years of institutional Equity research sales.
-Experience selling research products to buy side clients.
-Existing proven client relationships (i.e. with Portfolio Managers, Analysts, CIOs).
-Excellent communication and presentation Skills.
-Series 7, 63, 4 (optional).
-Travel throughout the region will be required.
