Description
Under limited supervision, ensures the successful execution and completion of all Systems Applications Test, Acceptance and Production batch cycles. Identifies, debugs, and resolves a wide range of complex problem situations within the test or production environments. Ensures all on-line systems are available as scheduled for client and customer utilization. Effectively utilizes various system software to support diverse application platforms. Ensures end users have required software and connectivity with no impact on production.
Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of a professional field to perform and/or lead work requiring extensive analytical/business skills, and industry knowledge. Actively pursues and applies new advancements in the industry and integrates into processes.
