BMC Remedy Consultant/ Atrium Architect/ Solutions Consultant Job in Slough SL1 1DY
Our client has an urgent requirement for a Solutions Architect/ CRM Consultant – BMC Remedy/ Atrium. The role will be based at a client location in Thames Valley and is an 18 month contract. This is ideally a Permanant position.
The Role
Lead the architectural design and execution of transition phases for the consolidation of existing CMDBs (Configuration Management Databases) onto a single CMDB.
· Lead team to develop, design, configure, test and deploy the solutions.
· Craft and architect a CMDB solution to integrate with existing Remedy modules.
· Translate existing requirements and generate new requirements to support the full ITIL Remedy environment.
The Person
· Extensive experience and knowledge of –
BMC Software Remedy ITSM
BMC Software CMDB (Configuration Management Databases)
BMC Asset Management
· ITIL Foundation Certificate
· Previous experience of successful delivery of these solutions
· Reconciliation of discovery data collection
· Familiar with how CMDB interfaces with other Remedy modules including Problem Management
