BMC Remedy/Atrium Senior Consultant
BMC Remedy/Atrium Senior Consultant - 18 Month Contract - £400 per day

A leading consultancy in the IT Service Management arena has an urgent requirement for a talented Remedy Architect to work on site for them for a leading brand and well known organisation.
This long term 18 month contract offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work in the ITSM arena on a long term, high priority project. The role comprises a migration from Atrium to Remedy. You will be tasked with leading the architectural design and execution throughout the transition.
Based on client site in London, you will have performed in a similar role, as a Remedy Architect completing the hands on migration from Atrium to Remedy.
Your Role Will Involve:
- Define architecture and approach, and lead team to develop requirements, design, configure/develop, test and deploy the solutions
- Directly interface with the vendors of the Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and legacy custom solutions to support the joint custom and packaged development lifecycle
- Translate existing requirements or generate new requirements to support the full ITIL Remedy environment
- Craft and architect a CMDB solution to integrate with existing Remedy modules and supports all client business processes/needs
Key Skills:
- BMC Software Remedy ITSM
- BMC Software Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- BMC Software Asset Management
- Extensive experience in the IT Service Management arena.
- Extensive experience as a hands on architect with Remedy.
- Experience in a similar role, completing the hands on migration.
- Ability to lead the migration project from an architectural design and execution standpoint.
