Board Office Assistant (1 position)

Responsibilities:

1.    Prepare and make arrangements for Board meetings and other important meetings, prepare meeting documents, and keep documentation under management.
2.    Assist the Board via communicating between each Board member and processing related follow-up issues.
3.    Make arrangements and coordinate for Chairman’s daily itinerary.
4.    Keep phone records, print documents and copy meeting materials.
5.    Daily report collection, collation, compilation, transmission, and reported to supervisors.
6.    In case of emergencies, contact emergency relevant person in charge, and provide assistance.
7.    Confidentiality (including: internal information, data, documentation, personnel, files, meeting minutes, computer information, financial information, etc.)
8.    Complete all other relevant tasks issued by the Board.

 

Requirements:

1.    Bachelor degree holder or higher from top ranked Universities, priority to majors in Economics, Finance, Laws, Accountancy, Business Administration, etc.
2.    Male or female with good image quality and 30~36 years old. Minimum 3 years’ working experience, priority to working background with the same position, in financial sector, or in multinational conglomerates previously.
3.    Good document writing and word processing skills, organization/communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
4.    Good writing and translation skills in both English and Chinese, fluent in spoken English, strong skills in Microsoft Office software.
5.    Proficient with financial, economic and legal knowledge. Familiar with knowledge of financial management and project investment. Priority to candidates with experience in public company management.
6.    Courteous and outgoing character, responsible and ambitious in career, willing to work under pressure, good at coordination and teamwork.
7.    Good work ethics and strong sense of confidentiality.
