Bookings and Sales Team Leader

Booking and Sales Team Leader, Leeds City Centre.

We are currently recruiting for a growing organisation based in the hospitality industry, in Leeds City Centre. With multiple locations, our client is looking for someone to be based at the Leeds Head Office to be responsible for bookings and sales across all sites, whilst also managing a small but expanding team.

Given the industry of the business the successful candidate will be flexible to work shifts across Monday to Sunday, including regular evening and weekend work. Candidates should expect to work the hours as per the needs of the business and may be required to change their hours often at short notice.

The role involves handling inbound calls and making outbound calls relating to increasing bookings and sales for the business. You will ideally have experience in this area from a contact centre or back office hospitality function. Acting as a role model for the team you will exceed targets whilst setting objectives, manage day-to-day team performance including monitoring targets, sales, KPI's, customer satisfaction and address any performance issues.

This role requires flexibility and may require the successful candidate to take responsibility for advertising, marketing and promotions in addition to administration and IT functions. You will be enthusiastic and looking for a new challenge.
