Bookkeeper
Houston Real Estate Company Needs Full Charge Bookkeeper. Qualifications are that successful candidate must be able to handle accounting for multiple legal entities; understand how to allocate expenses among various properties; have working knowledge of QuickBooks; able to manage A/R, A/P, and produce monthly financial statements for each entity; and have experience in transitioning to new software. Familiarity with Rent Manager Software a definite plus, as is having an accounting degree. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
