Bookkeeper Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a not-for-profit organisation situated in the heart of central London for a Bookkeeper Assistant Role.

Supporting a small finance team, the successful candidate will be reporting to the head accountant. The role is required for 2 months on a temporary basis for 15 hours for two/three days a week.

The position calls for someone who has had some relevant experience with bookkeeping and purchase ledger duties such as:
• Processing purchase invoices
• Bank reconciliation and processing bank transactions
• Experience with producing monthly accounts
• Financial administration duties
• Day to day posting of their organisation
• Experience with QuickBooks and strong Excel skills are essential

The successful candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills. The ability to work in a small team is essential for this job role.
