BOOKKEEPER NEEDED
FOR BUSY CONSTRUCTION
OFFICE (BUELLTON)
Local roofing company seeks
experienced, motivated bookkeeper. This position requires a highly
organized mind able to work in an
informal, fast paced work
environment. Cash flow
management, and job costing skills are essential. Knowledge of the
construction industry not required but helpful. Prefer full time, but part time (20 hours/wk) is possible as well. Must be able to utilize Quickbooks.
Responsibilities Include:
-Heavy cash flow management
-Full cycle AP/AR
-Bank reconciliations
-Job costing and analysis
-Monthly reporting/financial
statement production
-Payroll
- Vendor and customer interface
-Tax preparation
