Full time bookkeeper needed to help maintain the day to day business of our midtown company. Quickbooks experience necessary.
Responsibilities include:
- processing accounts payable and receivable
- managing bank reconciliations
- payroll processing
- matching vendor invoices with POs
- setting up new vendor/client accounts
- reconcile vendor statements
- collections
- precise record keeping for multiple sales reps
Being able to manage multiple sales reps a plus. Person must be able to work in a fast paced, small office environment.
