Bookkeeper Job in New York 10018, New York Us

Full time bookkeeper needed to help maintain the day to day business of our midtown company.  Quickbooks experience necessary.  

Responsibilities include: 

  • processing accounts payable and receivable 
  • managing bank reconciliations 
  • payroll processing 
  • matching vendor invoices with POs 
  • setting up new vendor/client accounts 
  • reconcile vendor statements
  • collections
  • precise record keeping for multiple sales reps

 
Being able to manage multiple sales reps a plus.  Person must be able to work in a fast paced, small office environment.
