Bookkeeper Job in Tucson 85705, Arizona US

 

BOOKKEEPER – Full time for manufacturing and distributing company.  The position is responsible for the following:

·         Daily General Ledger entries.

·         Month end review and closing entries.

·         Preparation of Financial Statements.

·         Annual bank compliance audits.

·         To assist in the setup of perpetual inventory reporting.

Job Requirements:

·         Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles.

·         Minimum of 5 years General Ledger bookkeeping experience.

·         Associates degree in accounting a plus.

·         Extensive knowledge of Excel and Word.

·         Knowledge of CYMA and Quickbooks a plus.
 

Key Competencies:

·         Attention to detail and accuracy.

·         Strong communication skills.

·         Must be able to work with minimum supervision.

Compensation:  $35,000 to $45,000 with benefits, based on experience.
