Full-Time Bookkeeper/Office Administrator for car dealership, wholesale and retail. Must have absolute attention to detail, self motivated, full circle thinker and the ability to communicate effectively. High level of accuracy in a fast paced office setting, while being able to multi-task and decipher work priorities. Full range of office duties expected related to the sale of vehicles as well as AR/AP and special projects as assigned. Minimum 5 years experience using QuickBooks-Pro. Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills. Professional appearance and passing of complete background check required. This position is an hourly position and does not offer benefits.
