Botanist
intermediate, senior, principal
As an experienced botanist within a specialist biological services company or division, you will have already ticked the following boxes.
- Lead teams in remote areas across the state
- Mixture of Level I, II, targeted flora surveys and vegetation mapping
- Preparation of reports that comply to Government and client standards, including
- for EIA
- Plant identification and knowing your way around the Western Australian Herbarium
- Mentor less experienced team members; and
- Liaise with clients and government branches
- Knowledge of a variety of Botanical Regions within Western Australia, including Jarrah Forest, Swan Coastal Plain, Sandplains, Murchison, Pilbara,North Kimberley, Avon Wheatbelt, Gascoyne.
With all these skills intact, something is obviously missing from your current role, that is making you actively search for a new role.
