Due to the high level of business activity and flat organizational structure, associates will be expected to work directly with senior bankers and contribute immediately to deal teams in a variety of roles, from research and business solicitation to transaction execution and client management. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision. In addition, the candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, uncompromising ethics and the maturity to provide the highest level of professional service at all times to clients and colleagues alike.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Industry, market and company research
• Financial analysis and valuation
• New business presentation preparation
• Marketing materials preparation
• Transaction execution, including detailed due diligence preparation and analysis
• Managing relationships and contact with potential buyers/sellers/investors
• Assisting senior bankers in negotiating and closing transactions
