BPS Tax Analyst, AVP recruitment

This position will oversee daily activities for a team of Client Service Representatives.
Ensuring acceptable levels of service and a positive client experience.
Managing the relationships with Clients, Third Party Administrators, WSS Client Service, Relationship Management, and other service partners while fostering strong partnerships.Develop and apply a detailed knowledge and understanding of JPM product and service offerings, serving as the client's advocate. Working with CSR's to research and resolve client requests and problems, identifying and implementing potential solutions. Assisting clients with projects and enhancements. Creating and maintaining Action Inventory logs, meetings agendas and minutes, and facilitating regular Service review meetings with key clients. Working with clients to identify and resolve tax reporting deficiencies.Monitoring and resolving client data and financial control breaks and issues. Assisting with client on-boarding activities. Administering the performance management process for direct reports and providing ongoing coaching and developmental direction.Communicating effectively with external and internal clients and partners.Ensuring control processes and procedures are strictly followed to protect JPM and client confidential information.Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required. Advanced degree a plus.Minimum 3-5 years experience managing people.Minimum 2 years experience working in and/or managing a Client Service team.Solid grasp of basic accounting principles required.Experience with Tax reporting preferred.
Ability to grasp and develop detailed working knowledge required.Excellent verbal and written communications skills required to interact with clients and service partners.Experience working in an Operations environment a plus.Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel and Word required.
Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and other software experience a plus.Solid understanding of data management and flow strongly preferred.Experience within pension ERISA benefit payment industry preferred.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently, multi-task, and proactively drive completion of multiple objectives concurrently is expected.Experience with benefit payment specific systems such as OmniPay and ancillary applications preferred.
