Job description
Following a significant investment in our Operations function, we are currently recruiting for a Productivity Analyst to join our successful team at our brand new Head Office in Southampton. This is an opportunity to join a hugely successful retailer and really influence the heart of the business to gain competitive advantage.
About the role
- Identifying opportunities to improve business productivity through a variety of methods e.g. objective analysis, stakeholder input, business benchmarking etc.
- Exploring these opportunities by undertaking comprehensive, data-driven analysis
- Identifying appropriate solutions that address the root causes
- Engaging and working alongside colleagues from across the business to ensure that changes are understood, effective and sustainable
- Quantifying the potential costs and benefits of changes and/or improvements
- Demonstrating the case for change with a compelling business case
- Excellent numerical and problem-solving skills and the ability to think in a structured and logical way
- Experience of data modelling, analysis and manipulation (e.g. Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy is crucial
- A degree of 'self-starting' is essential
- A strong academic background (minimum 2.1 or better), ideally in a numerate degree
