Job description
- Co-ordinating utilisation of customer interaction
- Ongoing development and exploitation of tools to gain maximum benefit from their capacity
- Developing and managing associated business processes e.g. moderation, escalation
- Developing and managing associated internal and external relationships
- Liaising with different departments to increase visibility of activity
- Continually striving to stimulate customer usage of tools throughout the site
- Developing and maintaining Social Media presence on Twitter, Facebook and similar community sites, identifying and engaging relevant bloggers and seeding content into social applications as needed
- Strong communication skills
- Rigour, positivity, flexibility and commitment
- Experience of working in e-commerce or digital marketing
- Commercial awareness with analytical capability
- Must understand the nature of social media and have a working knowledge of Facebook and Twitter
- Proficient at writing copy/content - 100% accuracy
- The ability to create strong working relationships with both internal and external customers
