Job description
- Coaching and developing your team members
- Having regular one to one meetings with your team members to discuss performance and provide feedback
- Hold performance reviews
- Ensure all new starters in your team have clear induction plans
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement in process and procedures to drive Value Chain best practice and company performance
- Proactively resolving supply chain issues and ensure sufficient communication to key stakeholders;
- The development of working relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, stores and other departments;
- Looking for and implementing cost effective solutions;
- Representing the Value Chain function at various cross functional meetings;
- Deputising for the Supply Manager where appropriate.

- Good attention to detail
- Good numeric skills
- Good PC skills particularly Excel (Access desirable)
- Retail and Supply Chain experience is essential
