Provide professional support to the Service/Sales/Rental/Parts department by
Essential Functions:

· Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
· Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
· Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, phone system, alarm system, use of computer for spread sheets, word processing, database management, and other applications
· Human Resource liaison (OSHA Logs, Benefits, Payroll, placing ads, file maintenance, training)
· Open read and route incoming mail
· Order and maintain office supplies
· Maintain petty cash
· Work with vendors to provide quality service
· Create travel arrangements, book training classes as needed
· Prepare monthly weekly reports for management
· Run credit cards, forward checks to lockbox, receive cash and make bank deposits
· Obtain Insurance Certificates
· Help with preparing invoicing, quotes, estimates, warranties, and sales write ups
· Open and close work orders when needed
· Pull parts when needed
· Ship when needed
· Additional duties as assigned by management
