Branch Bank Compliance Officer recruitment
Reports to the NY Branch CCO
- Monitor suspicious activity alerts
- Suspicious activity investigations
- SARs drafting
- OFAC reviews
- Prepare monthly compliance report summaries
- Review Bank product notes
- Conduct regulatory research
- Coordinate regulatory exams
- Gather documentation for exams and internal audits
- Execute testing for compliance’s technology applications
- Liaise with Global Headquarters regarding subpoenas and inquiries
- Review and revise current AML procedure manual
- Review and revise current AML policy manual
- Continuously update and amend various compliance manuals
- Development and draft new compliance policy as needed
Requirements:
- 4 year degree
- 3 - 7 years Bank compliance experience
- Hands-on experience with both AML and non-AML compliance
- Exposure to US Bank Regulations
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experienced interacting with various business lines
- Ability to gain buy-in from business lines
- Passion for learning and keeping up-to-date on ever-changing compliance initiatives industry-wide
- Eager to participate in various training sessions and educational webinars
