Branch Client Management Officer, Qatar
The ideal candidate has to understand the clients’ business and collaborate on providing beneficial operational solutions to the clients.
Responsibilities:
- Report incidents with clients and participate in the resolution of incidents.
- Maintain the e-banking documentation and technical implementation support for clients.
- Monitoring and providing an analytical understanding on the client’s activity and cash flow patterns.
- Liaise with clients, relationship managers, business lines, middle offices, back offices and other departments.
- Answer clients’ questions, produce document, statements, status updates, dispatch documents as well as transfer payments, loan, trade and cash requests.
Requirements:
- Must be a fresh graduate of Banking and Finance or have at least a maximum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a bank in the GCC.
- Only locals in Qatar need apply.
