Branch GM, Dalian – EFNC/CN77392/MSON recruitment
The major responsibility of this role is providing input and provincial market information to the formulation of channel specific strategy. Under the guidance of appropriate distribution channel head, implement sales strategy, usually with focus on an assigned channel (agency or banc assurance). Represent the Company per regulators’ requirement and to the external stakeholders, as the role is defined. Coordinate among channel(s) and support functions in given province to ensure smooth operation at branch and to achieve business objectives.
1.Formulate branch business strategy and financial plan according to the company’s strategic framework and business objectives.
2.Responsible for coordination of branch operations and management.
3.Organize and harmonize resources to improve provincial branch management, to achieve business objectives and seek new business opportunities.
4.Implement the provincial entry strategy and realize financial plan
5.Keep good relationship with local government and responsible for provincial public relationship.
6.Constitute regional development plan and bring it into effect.
7.Implement all basic principles, policies and regulations of HQ; Otter suggestions on vital issues e.g. policies, regulations and strategies of company.
8.Responsible for talent cultivation and selection, and company’s core competition ability improvement.
You need to have Over 10 years of industry and management experience in China and China life insurance knowledge essential. Proven track record in managing a Branch company in China is highly appreciated.
