Web.com is seeking top business-to-business sales leaders who will be responsible for hiring, developing, and managing a team of 6 - 8 who will be meeting with prospective clients in their assigned territories. Your reps will meet with these business owners who need our help to attract more customers and to convert online traffic into sales.

Responsibilities:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for executing and managing their markets sales strategy that will lead the region to hit monthly and annual revenue targets. The sales team's primary responsibility is to sell the Web.com’s enterprise suite of products to the companies that have the largest purchase potential. You and your reps will be comfortable talking about online marketing / advertising strategies, e-commerce, Web site design, and search engine optimization (SEO) in front of prospects. We will teach you to be dangerously sophisticated in this arena!
You and your reps will work remotely from home-based offices and meet to go out to assigned territories to visit prospects and close business.
Compensation package includes: base salary plus quarterly commissions, laptop/cell phone/business phone line/internet, health benefits, 401k and more!
Detailed responsibilities include:
Develop the overall sales execution and strategy for your region.
- Manage costs, recruit, hire and motivate reps.
- Assist reps with formal business presentations of Network Solutions Enterprise products and services.
- Collaborate with other departmental leads to elevate the needs of your reps.
- Work with reps to determine their sales approach for each target company.
- Take active role in meetings and seminars as an online marketing expert.
- Help negotiate and close deals while coaching and providing rep development.
- Oversee prospect pipeline management.
Requirements
· BS/BA degree required or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 + years of managing salespeople.
- Experience as an individual contributor generating incremental contractual revenue in an environment of closing for appointments by phone and running face-to-face meetings with prospects.
- Presentation and negotiation skills are a must.
- Understanding of the online advertising industry.
