Community Loans of America has been a leading provider of short-term consumer loans since 1994, serving the needs of individuals who have limited access to other sources of consumer credit. We operate in 800 locations nationwide and we have immediate openings in your area.

Sales Representative
This is an introductory position that offers growth to Branch Manager. We look for customer service ability, problem solving skills, the capacity for success in sales or collections and sharp telephone skills.
Branch Manager
This management position offers growth to Area Manager. We look for the ability to work independently, the capacity to lead others and the initiative to motivate a team. A branch manager is responsible for daily operations, personnel management and ensuring financial success.

We are NOT a commission-based organization. Compensation for both hourly
and salaried positions is competitive and performance bonus opportunities are available to branch, area and regional managers.
