BRANCH MANAGER REQUIRED FOR BUSY ESTATE AGENCY
You will be required to manage and take control of the whole office. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person, where our office also benefits from being minutes away from the Olympic stadium.
PROFILE:
We require a well presented, trustworthy, confident and reliable person. The candidate must have a excellent record of achievement, having several years of sales/lettings experience, exceptional selling and interpersonal skills. He/she should be very well spoken, computer literate and a full driving license and own vehicle is required.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Managing/monitoring the whole office/employees
· Dealing with Lettings and Sales
· Generating new business (Landlords and Vendors)
· Cold calling/canvassing daily
· Generating and conducting viewings
· Managing applicant list
· Preparing marketing material
· Creating eye-catching property descriptions
· Conducting valuations and handling new business enquiries
· Valuing properties
· Managing landlord/vendor relationships throughout the initial letting/sale process
· Selling additional services to landlords
· Will be working towards monthly targets
PACKAGE:
· A salary of £16,350 per annum base wage. (This includes car allowance)
· 10% commission on any lets/sales
· 5% commission on any new instructions introduced by you on either lets/sales.
· Will recieve10% of the company profits made per year, providing your targets are hit. This part will be paid per annum.

· Bonuses will be rewarded if targets are hit at the end of each month. Office turnover of 300-350K
Vacancy Summary:
Permanent, Long Term position/ We require long term commitment
· Office hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-6.30 pm, Saturday 8.30am -5pm (Will have two Saturdays off per month)
