The Branch Manager's key driver is growth in a Branch through balanced performance by increasing revenue and balances, managing expenses, maintaining key business/client relationships, building the business through referrals and creating a climate which fosters a superior banking experience.
As part of the branch leadership team, your key responsibilities within this role include:
- Develop, communicate and implement a value-based strategy that produces a sustainable income stream for the branch and leverage on the full product array available to create new client opportunities and deepen existing client relationships.
- Plan and implement service strategies, capacity planning and sales management process to achieve service standards and goals
- Responsible for bottom line growth of Branch month on month / quarter on quarter / year on year
- Manage the overall branch operations to achieve business targets within resource and expense budgets
- Utilise your networking flair and expertise to identify appropriate networking opportunities.
- Achieving financial performance and business growth goals.
- Provide leadership in hiring, developing, coaching and mentoring a high performing solution-based team capable of meeting the needs of all client segments within the branch.
- Build strong working relationships within the community to advance the strategic vision of Citi and create opportunities for growth
To be successful in a Branch Manager role at Citi, you will have the following experience:
- New relationship acquisition, relationship building, and sales management skills
- Results oriented with proven ability to manage business risks
- Experience of running a wealth management business is highly desirable
- Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry and retail banking experience
- Demonstrated ability to build, motivate and lead others
- Strong people, process and project management skills
- Proven ability to deliver results through others
- Passion for meeting needs of clients/staff
