Functional Responsibilities: Sales Service
- Build Lead the teams towards excellent sales performance.
- Deliver performance across all areas of the Balanced Scorecard, especially in the areas of sales effectiveness branch profitability efficiencies.
- Develop Drive high level of service excellence standards at all branches under care.
- Optimise the customer experience, through the establishment and maintenance of customer focused teams.
- Supports the Head – Sales Distribution in achieving the business targets.
Operations, Regulations Compliance
- Consistently review work with key stakeholders to enhance streamline operations efficiency, beyond the local network.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory compliance laws guidelines.
People Development
- Facilitates individuals’ personal career development.
- Consistently maintain a up-to-market-level competent relevant sales distribution team.
- Develop review job scope regularly for teams to ensure improvement relevance upkeep by working with other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Commerce
- Preference may be given to MBAs/ Executive MBAs
- Minimum 3 – 5 years banking relevant management experience
- Banking Sales Operations related experience.
- Banking Basic Insurance Investment Products knowledge
- Effective Interpersonal Skills
