Branch Manager I-MLO
Oversees, leads, and directs one or more branches with regards to operations, sales, and regulatory compliance to meet assigned lending and deposit goals Develops programs to maximize branch profitability, minimize risk, and to improve customer service and product knowledge. Lender responsible for processing, underwriting, and approving loans within assigned limits. Reviews branch reports for compliance and accuracy. Monitors branch expenses to control cost. Administers personnel and salary policies.
Typically requires a Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance or a related field and 3 years of banking management and lending experience. Limited use and/or application of basic branch management principles, theories and concepts. Basic knowledge of banking management techniques and lending concepts.
