Branch Manager Job in Buckingham, Home Counties Uk

My client is looking for a Branch Manager to join their busy store in Buckingham. You will be managing a team of up to 25 people and be expected to deal with the day to day running of the department. You will be responsible for the support to your branch staff to help and encourage them to maximise their sales opportunities, as well as the reviewing of sales turnover and budgets.

The successful candidate must have proven sales retail experience ideally with in shoe retailing. You will demonstrate strong leadership skills and will have a previous background within a managerial or supervisory role. You must possess stock management knowledge and capability and be willing to take further training and development as required.
