We are looking for a motivated person to fulfill the role of Branch Manager. The Branch Manager reports to the Area Manager relevant to their branch and is responsible for leading and managing the frontline teams ensuring a high level of quality service to members through the provision of lending and insurance services, product and service advice, and quality referrals to specialist areas in accordance with the organisations strategic plan and regulatory responsibilities. Actively engaged in the branch and community, the Branch Manager will have a strong business development focus, be results orientated, embracing and advocating the company culture.
