A self motivated, professional and experienced branch manager is required for our Newcastle Branch.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on an already established team of consultants.

Proven experience of developing and growing a team of people and increasing revenue is essential, ideally within an education recruitment sector.

The ideal candidate should have proven success in running an education desk - either primary or secondary but we will also consider applicants with a strong sales background looking to start a career in education recruitment. You may have experience of previously managing a team or you could be looking for your first step on the management ladder. Energy, drive and passion are vital!

We are looking for someone who is motivated to exceed targets and provide schools and candidates with the best possible service.

The role of the manager is varied and you will need to be organised, proactive and persistent in your approach. The ability to prioritise is essential. Sales activity is integral to the role and involves both telephone and face to face sales.
